PRESTON "PRES" HENNE

Preston Henne has earned the industry’s highest leadership award. Pres became vice president of General Dynamics in July 1999 when the company acquired Gulfstream. Joining the company in 1994, he was responsible for Gulfstream’s product program management, engineering and flight operations. He is credited with the design, development, test and certification of the Gulfstream V, which was awarded the 1997 Collier Trophy, plus the G550 and flagship G650, among others. Pres Henne’s leadership, management and engineering skills have earned him extraordinary respect and admiration throughout the industry. As an update, Henne retired on March 31, 2013.
